Membership Renewal

SNEB’s membership year is February 1 through January 31. Thank you for supporting the mission of promoting effective nutrition education and healthy behavior through research, policy and practice. Once you complete the form you'll have an opportunity to make a year-end, tax-deductible contribution to the SNEB Foundation or to support SNEB's public policy initiatives.

If your membership category needs to change or if you need an invoice so that you can pay by check, please contact the SNEB office at 317-328-4627, info@sneb.org, or 1-800-235-6690.

Note: Membership dues are deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense but not as charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
