Students are the future of nutrition education and the success of the Society, so we have made special plans for students to get the most from their conference experience.

Download the Conference Mobile App
To enhance your conference experience, we are implementing a mobile app at this year's meeting. Download the app to access the schedule, exhibitors, attendee directory and more! To access the SNEB 2019 Annual Conference app, search for and download the ConferenceBeat Event App in the App Store/Google Play, or click the respective images below to be redirected. Student Housing

Student housing is available at the University of Central Florida. Reserve your rooms during conference registration. Note: only single housing options are available.

Room Rates: $33/night

SNEB will not provide transportation to and from the University of Central Florida and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Student Volunteer Sign-Up

SNEB offers student conference attendees (both member and non-member) the opportunity to volunteer onsite in exchange for free conference registration. To sign up to volunteer, complete this online form

Student Members

For each 2 hours of volunteer time, student members may attend one day of conference for free.

  • 2 hours of volunteering = 1 day conference registration
  • 4 hours of volunteering = 2 days of conference registration
  • 6 hours of conference volunteering = Free Full Conference Registration!

Student Non-members

For each 4 hours of volunteer time, student non-members may attend one day of conference for free.

  • 4 hours of volunteering = 1 day conference registration
  • 8 hours of volunteering = 2 days of conference registration
  • 12 hours of conference volunteering = Free Full Conference Registration!

Special Features You Don't Want to Miss!

Are You a Rising Star?
The rising star symbol can be found on the name badges and published abstracts of attendees potentially interested in pursuing further graduate studies. This symbol is intended to help university faculty members identify and connect with potential future graduate students during the conference. If you are interested in being identified as a rising star, check this option during the registration process.
