SNEB members in the Food Security in Higher Education subgroup of the Higher Education Division will share a new Food Insecurity Toolkit for Educators. The toolkit was developed in response to a research study the subgroup undertook to investigate training to address food security among nutrition, public health, and social work students. We will share a brief overview of those findings and then will describe the toolkit components and potential uses, including discussion of how to use toolkit elements across various courses. The webinar will be interactive, providing an opportunity for participants to interact with toolkit activities.
