Overall Comments on Resource Reviewed

A. Positive Points of the Reviewed Resource:
Very organized and to the point representation of the Dietary Guidelines as it relates to choosing food from each of the food categories. Also provides insight to choosing more healthful food options and items to limit intake of. Physical activity is kept brief by just outlining time spent in physical activity.
B. Points that Could Be Improved:
Perhaps expanding on physical activity by including types of activity rather than just the time spent.
C. General Comments
Considering the new "1 cup" guideline it can be confusing when food items amount to "2 cups" or "1/2 cup". Material expressing examples of and types of food in each category rather than serving size or amount of that food to eat each day.
D. Overall Summary
Overall, this poster is a quality education tool. It neatly outlines food and healthful choices within each food category. It is a useful tool for a variety of target audiences.
