NC219/IFAFS-funded multi-state research team.

The stage-of-change tailored website was evaluated with a sample of 111 young adults, ages 18-24) from WI, ME, SD, and NE. Positive effects were noted for mediators and indicators of dietary behavior change, especially for vegetables.
